Working with others is essential to living a happy and healthy life and working productively. 

It's a skill that can be learned and that gets easier with practice. The more we practice together the quicker change happens and the more it sticks. The more we integrate all elements of our life into how we engage with others, the more effective we become.

After many years of corporate, family, and community experience, I have uncovered simple ways to help teams collaborate while strengthening relationships to support both team/organization and individual happiness, health, and success. Groups are two or more people and can be in any context.
